Character beer bar with a passion for variety
Located directly on Unschlittplatz in the heart of Nuremberg's Old Town, Bierwerk is a real institution for beer lovers and connoisseurs. Here, Franconian brewing art meets international beer diversity in a modern, rustic ambience: 100 varieties from all over the world, including our own craft beers, are served in the character beer bar.
The menu offers the perfect accompaniment to beer enjoyment: snack platters with a variety of organic cheese specialities from the Upper Palatinate, smoked sausage specialities from the Schloss Oedenberg family butcher's shop in Lauf and homemade beer bazda. These are accompanied by spicy olive cream with cream cheese or savoury chickpea cream - served with freshly baked old Franconian crusty bread.
In the summer months, the Bierwerk has three small, charming beer gardens around the building, inviting you to enjoy the outdoors. Inside, wooden furniture and warm lighting create a cosy, relaxed atmosphere. Whether after work, for a get-together with friends or simply to toast the moment - the Bierwerk offers the ideal setting for enjoyment and socialising.
