at the Unschlitt Square

Unschlittplatz is located in the heart of one of Nuremberg's most historic neighbourhoods and is surrounded by impressive monuments. Between Henkersteg and Henkersturm, Weinstadel and Wasserturm, a unique ensemble of medieval city architecture unfolds. The Maxbrücke, the historic Kettensteg and the Unschlitthaus tell of trade, crafts and life on the waterfront. Narrow alleyways such as Untere Kreuzgasse lead directly into the picturesque Kreuzgassenviertel - a place where the past can still be felt today.
