Since 2016, the gallery has been committed to making art accessible and supporting emerging talents. Through its “PLAYGROUND” exhibition series and the “PLAYGROUND ART PRIZE”, young artists are given a platform to showcase their work to a wider audience.

The move to the Lorenzer Platz Quarter was a deliberate choice: the mix of tradition, culture, and urban life provides the perfect setting to bring art closer to the public. As the initiator of ART WEEKEND NÜRNBERG, the gallery actively fosters connections within the local art scene, setting new impulses for Nuremberg as a city of art.
