Brasserie NITZ

French lifestyle in Nuremberg

Those who seek a real French savoir-vivre flair can find it in the Brasserie NITZ. The restaurant is located in the “far end” of the new Augustinerhof, directly on the Pegnitz River and across from the Deutsches Museum.

On the menu are classics such as boeuf bourguignon, fruits de mer and bouillabaisse as well as internationally inspired dishes. Ready to slurp down a few oysters without a plane flight? Mais oui!

Must haves: The Label Rouge corn-fed poulard for 2 – served whole and carved live at the table. Don’t forget to order a glass of NITZ Cuvée.

In the evening, the “longest bar in the city” attracts with its high-quality long drinks, cocktails and special creations from bartender Mike.

Tip: In summer, order a “Nitz Spritz” at the outdoor bar and enjoy it sitting on the steps beside the river.
