Melanie, a trained florist, brings her passion for flowers into every detail – from the seasonal decorations to the historic interiors, which reflect the charm of Nuremberg’s old town. The highlight of the cake display? The legendary cheesecake, a staple on the menu since Melanie’s early days in gastronomy at the former Violetta. In addition to classics like apple and cherry cake, there are also vegan alternatives, ensuring that every guest finds something to enjoy.

Baked fresh every morning, the cakes are often still warm from the oven – a true delight! Another highlight: the warm and welcoming neighborhood at Weinmarkt, which has embraced Melanie and her team with open arms.
