For a sustainable and environmentally friendly coffee awareness they work closely with producers and personally visit the local farms in Tanzania, Ethiopia and Brazil and develop programs which support local producers.
Quality is very important at Espressolab – they receive advice about the roasting of their coffee from the famous coffee expert Renato Correira. The most important characteristic of their coffee is that it is not stored long. So you can enjoy a freshly-roasted coffee in the Espressolab on St. Lawrence Square.
