That’s possible since October - Sabine and Martin Rößler have not only expanded the business with a second café in a one-of-a-kind place, but also are continuing in the more than 160-year family tradition.
The success story of Café Beer is based on a long family tradition. Now in the sixth generation, since 1999 owner and master confectioner Martin Rößler heads the KONDITOREI CAFÉ BEER with his wife Sabine. Daughter Leila Rößler, after successfully completing a course in confectionary sales at age 19, has taken over the management of the Castle Café and begun the seventh generation in the family business.
